All licences are purchased for a period of 12 months and include support and updates. When purchasing your licence, you can choose between two payment options:
Annual payment: you pay the full licence fee in one payment.
Monthly payment: you spread the cost of the same annual plan over 12 monthly instalments.
Your chosen payment method does not change the term of your licence. Even if you pay monthly, you are purchasing a licence for 12 months. It is therefore not a monthly subscription that can be cancelled each month.
You can stop your licence from renewing at any time. Your licence will remain active until the stated end date.
Paying monthly?
If you pay monthly, the remaining instalments will still be due and collected according to the existing payment schedule.
You can continue using your licence and will retain access to support and updates until the end date. After this date, your licence will not be renewed and no further payments will be collected.
