No, refunds are not possible with Postcode Checkout. Our License Plans (digital licenses) are delivered immediately after purchase, meaning the product is considered delivered at the moment of purchase. As a result, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.
Refunds are not possible under any circumstances.

1. when the integration does not work;
2. when no opportunity has been provided to offer support (such as investigation, remote access, or testing);
3. when the purchase or renewal was made by mistake;
4. when the integration is no longer in use;
5. for any purchase or renewal, as these are made entirely at the buyer’s/user’s own risk.
