You purchased a licence for a period of 12 months and chose to pay the licence fee in monthly instalments. Cancelling your licence stops it from renewing, but it does not cancel the remaining payments for the current licence period.
The remaining monthly instalments will therefore continue to be collected until your licence reaches its end date. Your licence will remain active until then, and you will continue to have access to support and updates. After the end date, your licence will not be renewed and no further payments will be collected.
